Terms of Use

FocusVan is licensed to you under Apple's Standard License Agreement for Licensed Applications (EULA). That agreement is between you and the developer of FocusVan, not Apple, and it is the full set of terms for using the app.
The rest of this page explains, in plain words, how FocusVan Pro is sold. It doesn't add to or change the EULA.
FocusVan Pro
FocusVan is free to use. FocusVan Pro is optional and adds every scene, Pro van accessories, double coins and more. It's offered as:
- Monthly or Yearly: auto-renewing subscriptions. The Yearly plan may start with a free trial, which you'll see before you buy.
- Lifetime: a one-time purchase that doesn't renew.
Prices are shown in the app, in your currency, before you buy.
Payment and renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless they're turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or from Settings › Manage Subscription in the app. Canceling keeps Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If you cancel during a free trial, you won't be charged.
Refunds and restoring
Purchases are handled by Apple. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. If you reinstall FocusVan or move to a new iPhone, tap Restore Purchases in the app to bring back Pro.
When Pro ends
When a subscription ends, Pro scenes, accessories and dials are put back in the Garage and return as soon as you have Pro again. Everything you earned without Pro stays yours.
